Recommended Use:
Adults or children age 1 and up :  Mix ¾ teaspoon in 2-3 ounces purified water, 1 to 3 times daily.

Taking with coral minerals: Mix 3/4 tsp. Aloe Powder with 1/4 tsp. Coral Legend in 1/4 cup of purified water, and drink 1 to 3 times daily.
