What is Cacao?
Cacao (cuh-COW) is the edible part of the cocoa bean after it has been harvested, dried, fermented, and hulled. This minimal processing doesn't destroy the beneficial nutrients. Our cacao is then ground into a fine powder by pressing the oil from raw cacao beans.
