Instead of taking all of your "Nanos" at one sitting, simply add them to a glass jar, and fill it with purified water. This way, as you sip on it throughout the day you are getting a steady stream of nutrients that will sustain you for longer periods.

Ingredients:

Servings (1/2 tsp.) per bottle: 94

Each 1/2 tsp. (2.5 ml) contains:

Nanized Indian Turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa), Nanized Milk Thistle (seed) (Silybum mar.), Nanized Guggul (resin) (Commiphora m.), Bifidobacteria (breve ss. breve, infantis ss. infantis, longum), Enterococcus (faecalis TH10, faecium), Lactobacillus (acidophilus, bulgaricus, casei ss. casei, fermentum, helveticus ss. jagurti, plantarum), Streptococcus thermophilus. 

Other Ingredients: purified water, organic alcohol.

Recommended Use: Adults and children (age 4 and up): Take 1/2 tsp. miixed in one-half cup purified water, 2 times daily. For best results, sip slowly 10-15 minutes, holding each sip in your mouth 2-3 seconds before swallowing. It is absorbed through the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat. Even better: Put full amount for day in water bottle and sip all day long.
