Recommended Use:
For maximum effect, a “loading dose” of 5 capsules consumed twice daily (for a total of 10 capsules per day), for 6 days (or as directed by a health care professional). Thereafter, 2-4 capsules daily. Best results when taken on an empty stomach 5-10 minutes before food in the morning with water, and then at bedtime.

Children under age 6—one capsule daily. Occasional chewing of capsule before swallowing may help with stomach distress. Significant consumption may create a temporary mild laxative effect.
