Do you use email for Spam?

We respect your privacy and will never use your email other than for invoices, tracking, and newsletters if you choose to sign up.

How many emails do you send?

We only send a newsletter once a month. Other than that we will only send you order confirmations and tracking numbers. 

 

Consult Form to Purchase Premier Research Labs

Why cannot I purchase Premier Research Labs products?

Premier Research Labs requires that all authorized distributors sell the products under a consultation. This product line is professional grade and therefore must be treated as such, making sure that the product is taken correctly and under guidance. Simply fill out the simple questionnaire, and we will return to you with a customized program. You will then have access to purchase the product line. 

I have signed up for an account and still do not have access to purchasing the PRL product line

Once you have filled out the PRL consult questionnaire, please give us up to 24 hours to respond. We take the time to customized individualized programs for each and every one of you, so it does take time. We do our best to be as prompt as possible. If you have not filled out the questionnaire yet, but have signed up for an account with us, please fill out the PRL Consult form to be approved for purchasing PRL products. 

It is after hours or the weekend, will I still be approved to purchase PRL products?

While we do not work after hours or on the weekend, we still receive your account requests. Therefore, we will approve your account as soon as we receive it, allowing you to purchase products. We will then return to you at business hours with your customized protocol. 

Why do other websites and retailers sell Premier Research Labs products without a consult?

There are a few retailers selling the product line against the authorization of Premier Research Labs. Please be warned that these retailers are not in compliance and are selling them illegally. The quality of the products sold on these sites are not guaranteed and may be old or damaged.

Where can I find out about your discounts and specials?

We always offer monthly specials on our products which can be found in our "Monthly Specials" page. We also offer special discounts that can be found by signing up for our Newsletter (can be found on the right sidebox of the store pages), Liking us on Facebook, and Following us on Twitter. We also might have a few other specials up our sleeve, so feel free to inquire with us via phone or email. 


Superstore, Premier Research Labs Store, Bookstore and Info Site

Here at Health Beyond Hype we have many things to offer you ranging from the highest quality supplements and superfoods to the most up-to-date educational materials and recipes. Therefore we have three different resources in which you may find what you are looking for.

Superstore: Our superstore contains an array of supplements, teas, tonics and superfoods from a hand-picked group of our favorite brands and manufacturers. You will find products by brands such as Pure Encapsulations, Dragon Herbs, Immunologic, Sun Fire Superfoods, SunWarrior, Salba and others. This store contains no Premier Research Labs products and you may shop here without filling out the Premier Research Labs consult form. 

Premier Research Labs: This store contains the entire product line of Premier Research Labs ranging from nutraceutical, live-source supplements to superfoods and non-toxic skin care. All products may only be purchased once you fill out the PRL consult form

Bookstore: We our proud to offer you a customized bookstore where you can find our favorite resources for health education, empowerment and cooking. Through our Amazon bookstore, you can find all the tools you need to acheive the highest levels of knowledge for your health journey. 

Info Site: At the info site you will find everything you need to start your health journey. Updated frequently, choose from an array of articles, recipes, product information, health tips and site news to empower you along your way.

Can I modify my order?

Once your order confirmation goes through, we are unable to revise your order. For your convenience, our secure online store can process multiple orders from the same customer.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are usually processed the same day, usually within a few hours. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you call us immediately to pull the order so you can receive a full refund. If your order has already been processed, charges incurred for shipping will apply. Due to high call volumes, make sure to leave a message if no one answers.

Can I expedite the shipping of my order?

We use the US Postal Service as the default shipping method. It is the quickest standard shipping available. You will receive your order within 2-3 business days. We do offer faster shipping methods at the time of checkout. You may choose a different shipping method or speed at that time. Once you receive order confirmation, shipping methods cannot be changed.

Can I pay by check?

We currently do not process checks. Our payment gateway does not have capability to securely process checks.

What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept all major credit cards, including American Express and Discover cards, as well as debit cards. We also have PayPal as another payment option. We do not take prepaid insurance debit cards at this time.

When will I receive my order?

If you choose the default shipping (US Postal) you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays that take place with carrier you select.

Can I track my order?

You will be sent a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Make sure your email is updated and that you add us to your white list. Please note the email comes from Endicia, not a Health Beyond Hype address.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order, check your email and spam for the tracking #. There you will find the status of your order. If you did not receive a tracking #, contact us immediately so we can track the status.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Mistakes happen from time to time. If you receive an incorrect item contact us immediately. We'll send you the correct item along with a return label to send back the incorrect item.

What if I received a damaged product?

If in the case your item(s) are damaged, contact us immediately. We will send you a new item along with a return label to send back the damaged item.

 

Logging into your Account

What if I forget my password?

There is an option to reset your password in the login section on our store: simply select "forgot your password," and enter your email address that is on your file with us (this is important, you may be putting in the incorrect email). It will then email you a link to change your password. You also always have the option to call or email us at customerservice@healthbeyondhype.com and we can reset the password for you.

I have the right password and email address but it will not let me log in?

Sometimes the autofill saved on the computer inhibits you from logging in correctly. Therefore please contact us so that we can reset your log in information. 

 

Product Information

What is the best way to care and store my products?

Please refer to our "Product Care" page for in-depth information.

I ordered a product that has a different name, is it the same product?

Premier Research Labs has rebranded their product line by making numerous name changes. The product formulas are exactly the same, the label and name are the only things different. Please refer to our "Name Change" guide for a cross-reference.

The product I want is out of stock or sold out, how do I know when it is back?

When a product is out of stock or sold out, it may be on its way to our warehouse, or the manufacturer may have put a delay on manufacturing. Therefore please click "Get Notified when Back in Stock," the button right next to the product. We will then send you an email as soon as it is back in. If you would like to know an arrival date, please contact us as we would be happy to provide you with more in-depth information. 

I have food allergies and sensitivites, how do I know if the product contains animal products, soy, gluten, dairy, shellfish?

The majority of our products are gluten, dairy, soy and animal-free, but a few do contain these ingredients. Please refer to the ingredients section of the product information for all listed ingredients. We fully disclose all ingredients and therefore they will be listed on the product page. In the few cases where the product contains one of these ingredients, you may be sure that they have been refined to contain no allergen, hormone or GMO fraction that may compromise your health. If you would like a complete list, please read our "Product Allergens."
