Shipping

We offer many options for shipping at HBH. Our default shipping method is USPS, but we also offer UPS as well. After checkout, please look at your options carefully when making a selection, as some orders over $50 receive a special discount.

Please note that all shipments made with USPS are calculated based on weight and location. If you would like to know the cost of shipping, simply log into your account, add the products to your cart, include your shipping address and the cart will calculate your personalized shipping cost. 

Choosing from your Shipping Options

We offer the following options, please choose the one that best suites your needs. Please note all packages are sent from Jacksonville, Florida.

USPS (priority 2-3 day): This is our default option as it is the most affordable and most packages are delivered within 2 days. USPS will also deliver and ship out on Saturday without any additional cost. In some circumstances free shipping may be offrered, which is automatically applied by the cart.  

USPS (express 1-2 day): Express mail is our fastest and most affordable expedited method of shipment. Often you will receive the package the next day, but there is a 2-day guarantee. USPS will deliver and ship out on Saturday without any additional cost. Note: You must be there to sign for the package. If you are not present, it will be taken to the post office to be held for up to 2 weeks.

Shipping with UPS

Shipping with UPS is recommended for people living in Washington DC and surrounding areas, as those areas are subjected to irradiation through USPS mail. Please refer to "Protection from Irradiation" below. Shipping with UPS is often going to be the most expensive option and UPS does not provide Saturday delivery or pickup. UPS does not ship to PO BOXES.

UPS (next day): This option guarantees next business day delivery by 10:30 am, 12 noon, or end of day, depending on location. This does not include weekend delivery. 

UPS (2nd day): This delivery option guarantees delivery in 2 business days, not including the weekend. Some locations including Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time. 

UPS (3-day select): This delivery option guarantees delivery in 3 business days, not including the weekend. You will receive three free delivery attempts. 

UPS (ground): This delivery option provides service in 1-5 business days. 

Tracking your Package

Once your order is processed and shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This email will be sent from Orders@Health Beyond Hype, so please make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see this email. Please note that the email should be sent to you either the same day of your order or at the latest the next day. 

Once you receive your tracking number, please go to USPS "Track and Confirm", enter your tracking ID, and it will provide you with the latest information about your package. 

Protection from Irradiation

We make every effort to ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner, and protection from irradiation during the shipping process is our utmost priority. Therefore, after thorough research we have decided to use the U.S. Post Office (U.S.P.S) as the default shipping method for all orders inside the continental U.S. The U.S.P.S offers a 2 to 3 day Priority Shipping Option versus the 4 day UPS ground option, which works out better for the customer.

The U.S.P.S. has stated to us that, "Only mail to federal government agencies in Washington DC whose ZIP Code(tm) ranges begin with 202, 203, 204 and 205 are being irradiated.  No other mail is being irradiated."  If your purchase is being shipped to one of the above listed Zip Codes, we recommend that you select UPS ground, to avoid irradiation. Shipping will take a bit longer, but will provide the quality promised to you.

UPS Shipping is still available if you prefer not to use the U.S.P.S. Free shipping will not apply.

When Your Package Will Be Shipped

All orders made before 12 p.m. (Eastern Time) are processed and shipped the same day, except for Sunday. Orders after 12 p.m. may or may not be processed. However, they will be processed the following business day.

Exclusions from Free Shipping

Certain products are excluded from free shipping. If your order includes one or more of these products, shipping costs for the item(s) only will be calculated during checkout.

Delivery Errors or Delays

Health Beyond Hype has no control over the US Postal Service or UPS delivery time frames. We make every attempt to ensure your packages are delivered in a timely manner. If for any reason the US Postal Service or UPS does not deliver the package as paid for, we will provide you the tracking number so you can locate your package. If you choose to cancel your order due to a shipping delay, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
